Do you have a head for figures and an eye for accuracy, and are you keen to work in the finance department of a logistics company? Then you might just be the person we're looking for!

As an Finance Administrator within MPL, you will be responsible for the daily processing of the incoming operational invoices from various companies.

In this role, you work alongside your colleagues to manage the incoming invoices' mailboxes. You process these invoices using recognition software, run the interface between the ERP systems, and resolve any problems that emerge. Additionally, you process approved invoices using a filter, and maintain close contact with your team in order to pick up new information.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

You have at least a high school (A2) diploma, ideally from a accounting track. Preferably, you already have experience in an administrative (financial) role. Experience in the logistics sector is a definite advantage. You have good IT skills (especially in Excel and Outlook) and can express yourself well in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus, though not essential. You deliver very precise and accurate work and accept the responsibility that comes with the role. You are also a good team player and never hesitate to deep dive in order to explore or resolve an issue.
