• Functional Analysts focus on understanding the technical aspects and functionalities of all finance business applications and digital workplace.

• They are responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing these systems to meet the specific needs of the business.

• When issues arise with a particular system, Functional Analysts diagnose and resolve these problems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• They provide training and support to users, helping them understand how to effectively use the system and leverage its features for their tasks.

• Play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the Digital Community & ecosystem.

Knowledge is power

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience as an accountant who is eager to improve business processes and support business applications or experience customer success or similar role, preferably within a multinational organization.

• Strong understanding of digital tools and technologies used to enhance productivity.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Proven ability to lead and execute projects, campaigns, and initiatives that drive productivity improvements.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of productivity initiatives.
