Your Application
At MPL, the same time and consideration are given to everyone who applies. You're welcome to apply for an available vacancy or apply spontaneously. When applying, we'd love to know why you're interested in joining MPL, so be sure to mention your reasoning.
Adding a resume and a motivation letter will give us an idea about you as a person, your passions, and your history but we always prefer to meet in real life for an interview to get to know you better. Our goal is to get back to everyone within two weeks after applying.
Your Interview
We aim to conduct all interviews at an MPL office so we can meet you in person. Although the process might be a bit different in every country.
The first interview will be held with our HR team to discuss your potential contributions to MPL. If both parties are satisfied with the outcome of this interview, you will proceed to a second interview with your future colleagues or manager to delve deeper into the specifics of the role. This presents an ideal opportunity for you to ask questions and gain an understanding of the job expectations. Feel free to address any burning questions you may have about the role and gain insight into your day-to-day responsibilities.
Sometimes, as part of the next stages of the interview process, we do a test or an assessment to have a clear view on your strengths and your added value to the MPL Family. All went well? Let's make a decision!
Decision Time
After the second interview, the ball is back in our court. We are looking for people who bring added value and want to be part of Manuport Logistics' exciting future. We hold true to the mantra of “zero bullshit” – honesty and transparency are key throughout the entire application process. We believe it's important to be open and transparent at all times. This means, you can count on us to give our honest thoughts and opinions. Feel free to contact HR after the interview and reach out with any questions you may have. Contract & Onboarding
Welcome! This is the moment you become a part of the MPL family, and we couldn't be happier about it. HR will get in touch to come over and sign your contract. The first days at a new office can be challenging so you can find a lot of onboarding information in our mobile learning app. We even send out a pre boarding so you will be well prepared to start your journey with us. During your first days, you'll receive the necessary support to ensure a smooth start. We try to create a challenging environment with a positive atmosphere, where you can keep growing and become the very best version of yourself. Remember, nothing was ever achieved without enthusiasm. We want to give our people the opportunity to keep evolving and elevate their capabilities, this way you can also offer strong added value to your customers. Let's go!
