BE DIFFERENT, BE MPL
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who already has some experience in the export-import operations of ocean freight in a logistics company. You have good knowledge of customs qualifications and deliver excellent customer service. You are a skilled person who is capable of doing several tasks at the same time. You have an analytical approach, and are business- and customer-oriented. You are a team player and want to develop the organization and yourself. Together we will make the difference, to stand out from other logistics suppliers. You are computer-literate and are able to quickly learn new and custom-made operating systems. You speak and write English fluently. You like a healthy level of stress in your job, and you are willing to work in an office in full expansion mode.
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER
Dealing with customer requests by responding in accordance to agreed service levels. Organizing all transport activities with related shipments. Ensuring the highest standard of customer service. You find solutions for unapproved shipments by communicating with relevant product departments and share shipment information with customers.
