KNOWLEDGE IS POWER
As Freight Forwarder Export you are responsible for handling and coordinating shipments from A to Z. This includes close monitoring of operational and commercial processes, and providing an excellent MPL service towards customers. You take care of the follow up with the client on their shipments and manage clients complaints. You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
You are also responsible for the further development and execution of commercial and operational activities. You provide input and drive the implementation of a commercial strategy in order to deliver revenue and profitability. You maintain and develop good relationships with vendors, shippers, customers, carriers and overseas offices and maximize opportunities within them.
Who are you?
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate. You deliver excellent customer service - towards customers and colleagues all over the world. You can identify commercial opportunities and translate them into wins for the future. You are a team player and want to develop yourself. Together we will create the difference against other logistics suppliers. You are PC Literate and are able to quickly learn new and custom made operating systems. You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
