Functional Analyst Customer Success

To help us continue on this growth journey, we are currently looking for a new colleague for the Functional Analyst Customer Success.
The Functional Analyst Customer Success will serve as the Digital Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all financial questions from internal employees. This pivotal role involves driving (proactively) employee success and productivity, supporting employees (reactively), leading productivity campaigns, proactively improving work processes, and collaborating with the global Customer Success Team to implement productivity improvements and transformations.
Be Different, Be MPL
Functional Analysts focus on understanding the technical aspects and functionalities of all business applications (LQS, CRM, Finance, ...) and digital workplace. They also create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting guides.
They are responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing these systems to meet the specific needs of the business.
When issues arise with a particular system, Functional Analysts diagnose and resolve these problems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
They provide training and support to users, helping them understand how to effectively use the system and leverage its features for their tasks.
Play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the Digital Community & ecosystem
Knowledge is power
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in forwarding is a plus.
Strong understanding of digital tools and technologies used to enhance productivity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and execute projects, campaigns, and initiatives that drive productivity improvements.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of productivity initiatives.
Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
