Take your first step into the logistics sector and kick off your career with the MPL Young Graduate Program. In no time, you'll gain insights into the logistics and maritime world. You'll start in an operational role within freight forwarding or transportation to familiarize yourself with our core business. Later on, you can transition to one of our other departments, including pricing, sales, or customs. This will always be tailored to fit your individual needs, creating a personalized Young Graduate Program. As one of our permanent team members, you will actively participate in daily operations, guided by colleagues and management. You'll learn all aspects of our business, allowing you to take on various roles in your future career. During this program, you'll build a strong network within MPL and the industry. You'll receive feedback on your performance, identifying your strengths, areas for improvement, and personal preferences. This feedback will come from your colleagues and team leader, and we also expect feedback from you, ensuring a 360° feedback loop.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

You have an interest in the logistics sector and a willingness to explore different facets. You are either about to graduate or hold a Master's/Bachelor's degree. Entrepreneurial spirit is essential for this role, as it provides numerous opportunities and challenges for further development. Additionally, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills and proficiency in Dutch and English. You'll be part of a global and dynamic team working to expand the logistics business.
