What do we mean by chemicals?

Chemicals is a broad umbrella term, comprising simple substances, chemical compounds, and finished chemical products. It includes petrochemicals, fuels, natural raw materials, recycled products, nutrients, and more. They can materialize in a solid state, as a gas, or as a fluid. Every product has different specifications that need to be considered. These are the chemical freight services we offer

Tender & procurement: We guide you in establishing a maritime transport budget, preparing for supplier meetings, data management, etc.
In-house Customs: Our offices work with dedicated external and internal licensed customs brokers. We also organize fiscal representation, inspections, etc.
Storage & warehousing: In collaboration with our partners, we offer you advice regarding storage and warehousing facilities. We remain, however, a neutral party.
(Re)packing: For chemicals we can (re)pack from bulk to packed goods, and from packed goods to bulk. The liquid packing can vary from jerry cans and drums to an IBC, while the containers could be either ISO tank or flexitank containers. Our teams are trained in using the correct procedures during (re)packing, which is essential for the preservation of the quality and specific properties of the chemicals.
Loading & unloading of vessels: We can organize the loading and unloading of vessels through our sister company Euroports, or through other terminal handling companies.
